- Phrase to broad match minimum
- Average CPC minimum – $0.5 or higher
- 15,000 competing websites in google – http://www.google.com
- Weak competition indicator – Hubpages hub, ezine article, yahoo answers, squidoo lens, buzzle article or similar in Top 5 in google for target keyword
- EXACT MATCH DOMAIN NAME AVAILABLE – .com is ideal but .net or .org will work – it is very important to get an exact match domain name
